The VTCT Level 2 Award in the Art of Dressing Hair is a qualification that has been specifically designed to develop your practical skills in the creative art of Head Massage. You will learn a variety of artistic techniques which will allow you to create a range of hairdressing designs using professional products and tools.

The purpose of this qualification is to develop your skills in hairdressing and provide you with the foundation for further learning, and to enable you to perform your own salon services.

When you have successfully completed this qualification, you will have the opportunity to progress to the following VTCT qualifications:

• Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Hairdressing 

​

• Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Hairdressing (Combined Hair Types)

​
